Eloro Resources Completes $400,000 Financing

Toronto, Canada, May 10, 2016 - Eloro Resources Ltd. (TSX-V: ELO; FSE: P2Q) ("Eloro" or the "Corporation") is pleased to announce that further to its announcements dated April 29, 2016 and May 3, 2016, it is has completed the non-brokered private placement (the "Private Placement") of 2,352,942 units ("Units") of Eloro at a price of $0.17 per unit ("Units") for proceeds of $400,000.

Each Unit consists of one Common Share and one half of one Common Share purchase warrant (a "Warrant"). Each whole Warrant entitles the holder to purchase one Common Share at a price of $0.30 per share for a term of 24 months following the date of issue.

The proceeds of the Private Placement will be used for working capital purposes and to finance exploration efforts on Eloro's optioned and wholly-owned properties. The Private Placement is subject to final approval by the TSX Venture Exchange. Certain directors and officers of the Corporation participated in the Private Placement. The securities issued pursuant to the Private Placement are subject to the applicable statutory four month hold period.
