Eloro Resources follows the protocol issued as an internal complement to the Biosafety Protocol for Activities in the Mining Sector, implemented by the Ministry of Mining and Metallurgy of the Plurinational State of Bolivia, May 2020. This protocol establishes the general biosafety measures that must be adopted in order to reduce the risk of transmission of COVID-19 from human to human during the development of mining activities.
Eloro Resources also follows general requirements for the selection, delivery, use, conservation and maintenance of personal protective equipment that protects workers, employees, contractors and visitors from the dangers that exist in the Project areas and in those positions of work in which the need for its use is established, due to being affected by a risk that could not be avoided or sufficiently limited by technical means, collective protection or through work organization procedures.
The company has established a set of policies with respect to ethical business practices, personal conduct, environmental, safety and occupational health practices, competition and fair dealings, and disclosure of information that describes it commitment to promoting effective functioning of personnel and improve the company performance.
As part of the company’s commitment to ever improving its governance practices, Eloro Resources is planning to complete our inaugural ESG report in 2023 post our initial MRE in the fourth quarter of 2022.
